It’s not every day that your game gets showcased at one of the biggest tech events of the year, but that’s exactly what happened to us at WWDC 2024. During the keynote, Apple highlighted our game, Runaways, demonstrating how it leverages the capabilities of spatial computing.

There were lots of Apple Vision Pro updates at WWDC but the biggest was the VisionOS 2 release.
Just months after its initial release, VisionOS 2 is revolutionizing spatial computing on the Apple Vision Pro, opening up incredible new possibilities for game developers. With advanced spatial photo creation using images from users' libraries, our games can now integrate more personalized and immersive experiences. The intuitive hand gestures make accessing in-game information effortless, enhancing gameplay with seamless interactions.
New features like Mac Virtual Display, Travel Mode, and Guest User broaden the scope for developing more versatile and engaging games. VisionOS 2 also introduces groundbreaking capabilities such as Follow Your Breathing in the Mindfulness app, which we can leverage for creating more immersive and interactive relaxation and focus experiences in our games. SharePlay for Photos and multiview in the TV app bring exciting new dimensions to multiplayer and social gaming, making it easier than ever to share and enjoy gaming moments together. As early adopters of the platform, we're thrilled to harness these powerful tools to push the boundaries of what's possible in gaming.
Other highlights for our team include the international release starting June 28th.
